Orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, please email info@matchsticklabel.com as soon as you can. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

A note for our U.S. community

We love having you here, and we want to be upfront about the extra costs that can come with ordering from Canada:

Our $14.00 flat shipping rate does not include U.S. duties, taxes or carrier fees. These are charged separately (based on region) and are the customer’s responsibility. Your carrier may request payment before delivering your package.

With cross-border costs currently running high, these charges can be substantial. We know that’s frustrating on top of shipping, and we don’t want it to catch you off guard. We don’t set or collect these fees, and we can’t confirm the amount ahead of time.

Other international orders

Orders shipped outside Canada may also incur duties, taxes or carrier fees. These aren’t included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

If your package goes missing

Reach out to info@matchsticklabel.com and we’ll help you follow up with the carrier. While we’re unable to cover lost or stolen packages, we’re here to help you look into it.
