Refund policy

 

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging included.

 with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable shipping service. Matchstick is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged returns caused by third-party carriers.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, the fastest option is to place a new order after your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
